The 5-Year Assurance Plan is for Early Grade (Grade I,II, & III) Osteoarthritis Patients who have been advised SVF therapy.

The 5-Year Assurance Plan is valid for a period of 5 Years from the date of enrolment.

Mode of payment for patient enrolled under 5-Year Assurance plan should be cash only

Date of enrolment is defined as the date of availing the SVF therapy for the first time.

---

Unique Enrolment Number will be alloted to the patient on the day of availing the therapy for the first time.

---

Patient will get the benefit of a maximum of Two Orthopaedic Consultations (Online) per year with the empanelled doctors of Knee Xpert for a period of 5 years from the date of enrolment.

---

One Physiotherapy consultation every month by empanelled physiotherapists will be provided to the enrolled patients for a period of 5 years from the date of enrolment.

To increase the efficacy of SVF Therapy, patient can avail 2 additional, complementary activators in the first year, if recommended medically by the consulting Knee Xpert Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Patient availing the Cellular Therapy (SVF) may have deformity in one or both legs while registering for the first treatment. Deformity Correction is NOT a part of the package.

---

If only Cellular Therapy (SVF) is availed initially and Deformity Correction is requested in future, the same will be a paid treatment.

Patient having minor deformity at the time of first registration maybe advised deformity correction to improve the success of SVF Therapy. Whether the deformity correction is taken initially or at a later stage, either way Deformity Correction is NOT a part of the package and will be a separate and paid procedure.

Medicines, consumables, implants, investigations and co-morbidity (like diabetes, hypertension,obesity etc.)related charges, Grade 4 joint or joint having laxity are all excluded in the 5-Year Assurance Plan.
